I am going to get the bike out on my days off and have decided I will be setting myself a challenge for 2013 (Unknown distance as yet) and raising money for MIND and Samaritans. I know many people who have suffered and still suffer with Mental Health problems and know of someone who killed themselves earlier this year due to the same struggles. So for these guys especially, this is for you. When all details are available it would be lovely if people can support me in this.
